Warren County Conservation's Homeschool Wednesdays.
This program is meant to offer the same programs to homeschool families as we offer to our traditional school classes.
One Wednesday each month during the traditional school year (Sep – Nov & Jan – May), we will have a specific program topic chosen. In the description of the program, there will be a targeted age; however, everyone is invited to learn something new!
Our wish is that Homeschool Wednesdays offers a chance for non-traditionally educated students to get together with other students their age to learn about a fun, educational topic. We also hope this serves as a new outlet to socialize with other students who are also learning at home.
We hope you will take advantage of our trails, shelters, and Nature Center before and/or after your child’s age group’s program to take an exploration hike, bring a lesson from home to a new setting, eat lunch, or explore the exhibits in the nature center.
**Registration is required, and will open one month before the date for each class session at 10am. Example: the February 7th classes will open for registration on January 7th.**
