Program Request Form
This form is to streamline requests for programs such as: field trips, in school programs, and private programs (4H, scouts, senior facilities, etc). These requests will be checked every Monday after the program request begin date listed below, and more as available.
The more completely the form is filled out, the faster we can let you know if we can accommodate your group, and can get you scheduled. Please keep in mind that we have limited staff available for programming, and with public programs and other responsibilities some months are more limited than others.
Important information to know before filling out a program request form.
- Programs need to be scheduled a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the date of the program.
- Programs are limited to 5 program days if there are 4 or less sections (sections might mean classes or rotations) and 10 program days for 5 or more sections per group (as they would likely need to be split into 2 days per program).
- Field Trips get priority in September and October, April and May.

With enough notice we might be able to develop a program if you have a specific topic you’d like to have. Always ask, we love adding new programs to our arsenal! 🙂
- In-County programs and groups will receive priority for scheduling, and out of county scheduling will begin 2 weeks delayed from the dates listed.
Program requests for Fall 2025 Field Trips (September-October) will begin July 1st, 2025.
Program requests for 2025/2026 School Year (November – March) will begin September 1st 2025.
Program requests for Spring 2026 Field Trips (April – May) will begin February 15th, 2025.
Program requests for Summer 2026 (June – August) will begin April 1, 2025.
